This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Gecko Shift, why it is processed, how it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices and rights available to you.

Gecko Shift has a Global Age Rating of 12+. This rating reflects the age-appropriateness of the game content and does not replace applicable privacy laws relating to children.

2. Information We Collect

Gecko Shift does not require users to create a separate account directly with BHO Software.

The game may use Apple Game Center for game-related features and may use third-party analytics and advertising services.

We do not intentionally collect through the game:

• Phone numbers
• Contacts
• Photos or photo library content
• Camera content
• Precise location
• User-generated content
• Personal messages or chat content

2.1. Game Center Information

On supported Apple devices, Gecko Shift may integrate with Apple Game Center.

Game Center may process information such as:

• Game Center player identifier
• Player display name or profile information
• Leaderboard records
• Achievements, where applicable
• Other game activity associated with Game Center

Game Center information is primarily managed by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policies and account settings.

2.2. Analytics Data

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with Gecko Shift and to improve the game.

Analytics information may include:

• Gameplay events
• App interactions

• Game progression events
• App version
• Device type
• Operating system
• General technical and usage information

We use this information to understand game performance, improve gameplay balance, identify technical issues, and improve the user experience.

2.3. Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Depending on device settings, consent choices, geographic region, and applicable law, AdMob may process information such as:

• Advertising interactions

Google processes such information according to its own privacy policies and terms.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Gecko Shift may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on user consent, device settings, geographic region, applicable legal requirements, and advertising service configuration.

Where advertising activities constitute tracking under Apple's rules, Gecko Shift will request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework before accessing the device's advertising identifier or performing tracking that requires authorization.

If permission is not granted, Gecko Shift will not access the IDFA for tracking purposes.

For users in regions where consent is legally required, including certain users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Gecko Shift or its advertising providers may display consent options before processing data for advertising purposes.

We do not allow users to share personal content with other users through Gecko Shift.

Game Center settings can be managed through the user's Apple account and Game Center settings.

Gecko Shift has a Global Age Rating of 12+.

The age rating indicates that certain game content may not be suitable for children under 12.

Gecko Shift is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

We do not knowingly ask children to directly provide personal information such as full name, phone number, photos, contacts, precise location, or user-generated content.

If we become aware that personal information relating to a child has been collected improperly or without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information.
